This team will be renovating the outside walls of the church building of Iglesia de Cristo Vida Nueva and facilitating a VBS program for area kids alongside local church leaders. This trip will end with a fun day at a local resort on the beach. This trip is open to adults and families. (Minors must be accompanied by a parent).
About the Ministry
Vida Nueva’s mission is “Breaking The Cycle of Poverty and Disadvantage Through Christ”. This ministry has planted 6 churches in Mexico: 2 in Piedras Negras, Tepic, Acapulco, Cancun, and Puebla. Over the years Vida Nueva has developed a large Christian school for preschool – high school students in Piedras Negras. All programs serve to connect people with Christ so that He can bring them hope and freedom from the vicious cycle of poverty and spiritual emptiness from which many suffer.
